Terms of Service & SMS Terms
Last updated: October 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of percydigital.co and to text messages and services from Percy Digital (“Percy Digital,” “PercyDigital,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
SMS Terms
Program name: Percy Digital
What you’ll receive: conversational and informational texts from Percy Digital, including replies to your questions, demo scheduling and reminders, information about Front Desk services you asked about, and customer support for clients.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one confirmation text, and then we won’t text you again unless you opt back in by replying START.
For help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@percydigital.co.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Your mobile number is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How you opt in
You agree to receive texts from Percy Digital when you text us first, when you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you (for example, while booking a demo at cal.com/percy-fozi-yfeohu/demo or on a call), or when you become a Front Desk client. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number.
Texts sent for Front Desk clients
Front Desk sends texts on behalf of client businesses, from the client’s own business number, to people who called that business. Those messages belong to the client business. To stop them, reply STOP to that message. Front Desk clients agree to use the service only to respond to people who contacted them, to follow all applicable texting laws and carrier rules, including the TCPA, and to honor opt-outs.
Services
Percy Digital provides customer-response services for local businesses, including Front Desk. The specific scope, pricing, and term for each client are set in that client’s written agreement or order. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Front Desk depends on third-party phone carriers and messaging providers. We don’t guarantee that every call will be detected or every message delivered, and Front Desk does not book appointments on its own. Client staff remain responsible for confirming jobs and replying to customers.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes. Don’t try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. The Percy Digital and Front Desk names, text, and design are our property.
Links to other websites, such as our scheduling page, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Percy Digital disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
No government affiliation
Percy Digital is a private business. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army or the Department of Defense (DoD).
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
